但是平时会有团建 ，团建应该跟年会差不多吧 。我挺喜欢开年会的 公司的人都坐在一起开开心心的 挺喜欢年会的 零散户，今年没有年会。本人对于年会不感兴趣。除非有必要能推就推了。搁家待着不挺舒服吗！ 我们公司没有年会，我对年会比较排斥。私人公司一般年会就是会餐一顿。会餐我倒不反对。关键是有些人爱喝酒。喝多了酒以后把握不住自己，容易出现吵架，打架及交通事故。 当前各种公司举办年会的尴尬境地遇到热搜，相比各种流程复杂、筹备繁琐的节目，员工可能更期待抽个大奖，实在不行发点奖金或礼品热闹一下也是不错的选择。总而言之，与其让不会跳舞的员工去跳舞、不想唱歌的员工去唱歌，不如让年会变得“心平气和”一些。让变味的企业年会少一些，离“加班式”“鸡汤式”和“表演式”的年会远一些，企业管理者和基层员工之间多点平等的交流，或许能起到更好的作用。 又到岁末，职场人即将迎来2023年终，同时也意味着企业年终奖即将发放、各大公司年会即将举办！本来还挺期待卸下疲惫好好放松的年会，但总要强制出节目而避之不及，相当于变相开大会而失去期望。就简单的吃吃喝喝谝谝不好吗？

我个人觉得，一切以不发年终奖为目的的年会，都是耍流氓。
年会是什么？年会是一家公司的年度总结，企业老板大展风采的时候，领导总结一年下来说说自己做了什么，有多辛苦的时候，基层员工来凑人数鼓掌的时候。
大多数公司的年会其实都是没有意义的，你说举行个年会，然后叫员工在一起，领导再上面说两句，底下员工在下面不甘情缘的鼓掌，最后完了吃个饭，下面很多的员工连最后一班末班车都没有赶上，你说这样的年会有意义？
年会其实就是好好的犒劳一下员工，一起吃个饭，然后老板来发个红包，发点礼品什么的，这个才是最真实，最现实的，就比如人家微信年会，每个员工一人一台iphoneX，这个才是员工最想要的。
不是说一家公司举行个年会，然后老板各种吹嘘自己有多厉害什么的，然后整到大半夜就说年会结束，底下员工啥也没拿到，这不是年会，这就是一场属于公司老板和领导的演讲会，底下的员工无非只是一个观众而已。
还是那句话，发年终奖的年会才是有意义的，啥也没有的年会，都是耍流氓。
我们单位从来没有开过年会对于年会我既不反对也不支持如果公司需要开年会我也会积极参加开年会有利有弊任何公司开年会都是检验领导的水平如果水平好开年会利大于弊如果领导水平差 开年会肯定适得其反 我们小店，没有年会，我不排斥，说喜欢还真没有喜欢的亮点，不外乎吃吃喝喝的，发些奖金，要我个人观点还不如拿花的那些钱多买些礼品给员工以发，员工回家拿着也有面子， 临近年底又到了公司开年会的时间了，每年这个时候，朋友圈里就会充斥着不同公司的年会靓照、各种丰厚大奖和拿到手软的红包，在不少人的印象中，年会就是一年一度吃吃喝喝、看看节目、抽抽奖、抢抢红包的盛会，不可否认，举办年会是企业总结过去一年成绩和过失的良好形式，也可以在一定程度上加强企业内部员工之间的沟通与交流，提升员工和企业之间的凝聚力和归属感。 已经退休，没有公司了，依靠国家，最大的年会就是除夕夜春节联欢晚会，谈不上喜欢与否，时间到了就期待，时间到了就开始，时间到了就结束，这不，再过几天，又是最大的年会开始了哟。 对年会从喜欢到厌烦再到不关心这就是我对年会的心理历程，这种心理历程，我觉得应该是一个人的心理感受过程，也是年会的本质的变化的过程影响的心里变化，这种过程会让人从喜欢到厌烦，再到不关心。每个人的感受不同，对年会的看法就会不同。最初公司年会非常简单，驻外人员非常向往年会是希望得到更多的亲情，体现价值，以及与单位各部门进行交流沟通，更重要的是年会就预示着开完年会就可以回家过年了，并且在这个时间，公司也会把你一年辛苦所获得的奖金发给你，这些都是我们对年会这个形式一种期待的重要因素。反感年会是因为年会变了味道改变了初心，给管理者带来了压力。 好像没有。
年会好像是公司对一年工作的总结，同时，公司为答谢员工而组织。
但听说，年会也不是人人有奖，工作也不是很顺，若只是小凡一个，可能只能充数站个桩而已。 相对领导来说年会对于一个公司，不仅仅是一场简单的聚会，它承载着公司文化、团队精神以及未来展望等多重意义。在现代企业中，年会早已超越了单纯的庆典形式，而成为了一种凝聚人心、展示成果和激励员工的重要手段。
