这样的人并不多见。
如果你认为回到小城市购房就能摆脱压力，那未必正确。实际上，在小城市，收入和机会都相对较少。 在不同城市房价不同，收入也不同，因此判断月薪多少可以贷款买房需要根据不同城市不同分析。根据大多数银行的规定，借款人月还款额不能超过月收入的百分之五十。因为一旦月还款额超过这一限度，会影响借款人的生活质量。但是有一条规律：
