我个人感觉带娃比上班累多了，
现在带小孩不比以前，也不能图省事老是给小孩一个手机。还得做营养餐，还不能敷衍，还要抽时间带出去逛街……反正都挺繁琐的！
上班就不一样了，我只需要完成我份内的工作就行了。 我觉得上班每天上班都差不多，不是很累吧，那肯定是带孩子累，孩子一天要求是特别多的，又要这个又要那个，而且学校要求家长也是特别高的，现在有很多作业需要家长来做，而且在手机上真的挺老火的，所以我觉得在孩子方面操心的比较多吧，应该比较辛苦，比较累，虽说带孩子累 那肯定是带孩子累呀。因为孩子的事也是特别多多，每天需要操心的，也是特别的多。所以我觉得上班每天就循规蹈矩的上班就可以了。带孩子，要操各种各样的心，真的是特别的累。所以还是带孩子累。 上班，我觉得就那样正常上班就可以了。不是会超特别多的心。嗯，带孩子就是需要操心各种各样的事，而且还会使人头疼，孩子有时还会叛逆一点，所以就比较辛苦一点，所以我觉得还是上班比较好吧，但是孩子也要好好待。 坦率的说 本尊观察 上班与带娃都累

带娃累，几乎是24小时连轴转，娃休息了，大人还有忙不完的活，还没干完活，娃又醒来了，基本上很难吃一顿安稳饭，甚至连上个厕所都不得安宁，干工作就简单多了，只要方法对，认真细心点就可以做的很好。所以全职妈妈真的是很伟大的职业。 我是没有带过娃，理解不了那种感觉，个人感觉带娃累，因为上班没有那么多得操心事，只要把工作干好就行， 相比带孩子更累，要操心生活上的吃喝拉撒，学习上的辅导和规划。当妈也是一个学习的过程，而且操心很多。这些没办法量化，心累，工作的话比较有目标性，虽然也累，但是相比更充实，也能得到属于自己的回报，体现自己的人生价值。两种累不太一样，相比带孩子更费心， 哎呀呀，，这个问题对于我这个十年资深家庭主妇来说最有发言权！我在家带两个孩子十年了。。做梦都想离家出走。。真的！我是一个人带娃，老公跑车，一个月回来两三次，也呆不久几天，我真的是好想有个人能给我把孩子带着，让我出去上班去！也不是说为挣钱，待在家里这十年真的是只有我这种家庭主妇才能体会！所以奉劝还没有生小孩的姐妹们，有了孩子以后不到万不得已千万不要放弃自己的工作！！！ 这个问题问得好。如果说你的工作轻松又顺心的话，我觉得带娃还是很累的。如果说工作是在繁忙的工厂的那种的话，我觉得工作和带娃一样累。但是现在年轻人工作的压力都很大，随时都有可能被解聘或者是怎么。不论干什么工作如果工作不努力的话随时可能就能丢掉工作。这也就是现在年轻人感觉的工作繁忙生活也负重的原因。因此现在很多年轻人不愿意要小孩不愿意结婚。他们的压力太重了。 上班和带娃那个累没有绝对的答案两个工作都累 各有各的难处只要两口子同心协力一切都不是问题 上班累，带娃也累。感觉带娃比上班更累。因为现在的娃不好带，主要原因是手机、电视机、平板电脑等网络游戏太多，一看起来就停不下来，害娃娃不浅！大人说娃娃们又不听，为此常常闹得不可开交，家庭气氛紧张，老显得不和谐。唉，不说了，看娃去！ 别说带娃了，就是待家里休息一天都觉得比上班累多了，干不完的家务活，上班多轻松的，干完自己的活，就可以歇着了，我们这个车间活是全公司最多的就这我都觉得比下班轻松，更何况有的车间那有的人都不来单位，打卡还让同事代打，那就更舒服了，简直舒服的不能再舒服了，带娃比较操心，你得全神贯注的看着，不能让他离开你的视线，还要喂奶，换尿布，哄她开心，我一个老爷们偶尔带过几次都觉得累，更何况女人天天带了。 两者都累！地狱辛苦！但唯一的区别是一个有薪资，一个没有薪资！拿薪资的人从内心深处理解全职宝妈的不容易，并且做出相应的回应，使得生活和谐美满！论起全职，真的是全年无休，24小时随时待命！ 肯定是带娃累，上班呢，有假期，有奖金，有朋友圈，带娃呢，无假无休，责任大，娃好了上班的人说是品种的事，娃要是学坏了带娃的人被埋怨一辈子，谁带娃谁知道。 都累！
看上的啥班，挣钱的忙的要死。带娃，尽心尽力的话还是很累人的！
别再挑肥拣瘦了…
首先，与个人经历和对上班和带娃两件事的了解程度有关。最好一个人有过带娃的经历，也有过上班的经历。如果没有经历过，至少要有更多的了解才有发言权。
其次与对上班和带娃这两件事，你是否热爱和擅长有关。有的人特别爱他的工作，即使上班辛苦也不会觉得特别累，同样如果有人特别爱孩子，特别擅长做饭、做家务，这些都会从某种程度上减轻辛苦的感觉。相反如果对自己的工作不擅长不喜欢，如果做饭特别笨，人感受到的辛苦就会加倍。 没有绝对的答案，两个工作都累， 各有各的难处，只要两口子同心协力，一切都不是问题，但是在不愁经济的情况下，还是带娃吧，陪着娃成长很重要，不要错过娃的每个阶段，因为每个时期都不会重来。 我觉得各有各的不容易，上班工作压力大，管娃繁琐事比较多，娃听话还好管点，假如不听话了，真的还不如上班去。 上班累，带娃也累。上班有干不完的工作，还要生气。带娃要教育，做饭，陪玩，是一种幸福的负担。 上班和带娃，感觉都不轻松，带娃操心太多，半夜三更，灯火五更鸡，也不叫你睡踏实，上班是时间你必须遵守，都差不多。 这要分情况，如果是干流水线工作，上班是体累，带娃是身心俱疲！不过上班带给你的是财富的积累，带娃带给你的是精神的享受，尽管有时候也可能是精神的折磨！在家里不论是谁带娃，还是去上班，都要相互理解，这样才能和谐共生！ 当然是带娃累了啊，一个人活成了一支队伍，还不能生病不能累倒。吃喝拉撒睡除过还要随时注意孩子的身心健康，还要和老师对接孩子的各种问题，并且全年无休。上班就不一样了，做好自己的本职工作，额外加班的还有奖金，法定节假日，多美的 带孩子和上班，似乎各有各的辛苦。带孩子，早晨的忙乱几乎让人喘不过气，喂饭、洗澡、换衣，全天候跟一个“小怪兽”斗智斗勇。更不用提一夜未眠后，依旧得继续履行“妈妈（爸爸）”的责任。每一个小小的失误，都可能带来一场“小灾难”。
而上班，尤其是高压工作，时刻需要你全神贯注。任务不断，压力如山，甚至下班后大脑依然在“工作模式”中运转，无法放松。两者看似截然不同的辛苦，谁更难承受？
其实，答案并不简单。带孩子的人，常常会觉得那种日复一日的琐碎与体力的消耗几乎让人崩溃。
而上班的压力，则让人感到无力应对，精神疲惫，渴望逃离。两者的辛苦在表面上看似不一样，但本质上却是相同的——都是“无休止的付出”。 上班和带娃都累，上班要按时去，早上紧张的不行不行的，领导安排的工作能否按领导的意图完成，还得看自已付出了多少，辛苦半天合不合领导的意可担心了，心累啊，带娃主要是晚上半夜要吃要拉身体受不了，累啊致使第二天没精气神，所以都累，不知大家有没有同样的认知{:14_558:}{:14_558:}{:14_558:} 上班和带娃相比，肯定是带娃累，上班时间只要把自己的本职工作干好就行，下班就可以好好休息，带娃可不一样，随时随地都为娃操心，即使身体休息，心还是不得休息。 孩子小的时候当然是带娃累，上班起码还有下班时间，带娃那就是24小时全天候无休，随时陪玩，晚上睡不了。但是等到孩子长大一上学，那肯定工作累。 同意小便的意见，我当父亲的时候，带娃管娃是我义不容辞的责任和义务，当我们当爷爷的时候，世事变了，成了孙子，带娃管娃无可厚非，那我们家今年出现和发生的事情就让人啼笑皆非，本来碎碎的事情，由于地域不同，风俗习惯不同，出发点不同，两代人的三观差异，我爱人和儿媳妇弄得不愉快，都是些葱皮子蒜胡子的小事情，孙子本来就小，九月份刚上幼儿园，有一次，我不在现场，小孙子要穿我前年给买的条绒裤子，儿媳妇见了，不高兴，嘴里逗逗囔囔，我爱人听了，也火冒三丈，当场弄得不欢而散，儿子也六神无主，给远在富平的我打电话，我听后说，冷处理，不理睬，不招式，看看儿子处理问题的方式和能力，果然不出所料，分开居住，孙子还是爱人在幼儿园接送，家家都有一本难念的经，遇到这类事情一定要冷静，冲动是魔鬼，都是成人了，豆太任性，特别是女人，本来就事多，头发长见识短，好事多磨，儿子最难受，由此可见，理解了，沟通了，都好说好办，管孙子是权力无限小，责任无限大，大家说呢？ 生活没有清闲自在的 看干什么，累的方向不同 我觉得带娃累、工作可以推带娃不行 上班和带娃都不容易，都累 带娃累人。带娃洗洗涮涮喂吃喂喝，睡觉他不睡陪他玩。心累身体累。
