陕西省2025年上半年面向社会人员开展普通话水平测试工作启动

color: rgb(25, 97, 205);'><strong data-brushtype="text">一、基本条件</strong></section></section></section></section><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（一）符合以下条件均可自愿申请参加测试</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>1.年满18周岁以上有测试需求的社会人员；</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>2.未设立普通话水平测试站的普通高校、中等职业学校在校师生；</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>3.在境内学习、工作或生活3个月及以上的港澳台人员和外籍人员。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（二）重要提示</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>1.为保证全省良好的测试秩序，建议未设立测试站的普通高校、中等职业学校采取集体报名的方式组织师生参加测试，学校可就近自行联系测试站或报请省语言文字水平培训测试中心协调解决。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>2.已设立测试站的学校应合理安排年度测试计划，在优先保证本校师生测试需求基础上，鼓励面向社会人员开展测试。</p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="146235"><section style='margin: 10px auto;'><section style='width: 40px;height: 40px;border-radius: 100%;background: linear-gradient(to right bottom, rgb(161, 211, 236), rgb(255, 255, 255));'><br></section><section style='margin-left: 20px;margin-top: -25px;'><section style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(25, 97, 205);'><strong data-brushtype="text">四、成绩查询与证书领取</strong></section></section></section></section><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（一）成绩查询</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>登录“全国普通话培训测试信息资源网”（http://www.cltt.org/），在“查分验证”栏目查询。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（二）证书领取</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>普通话水平测试等级证书分为纸质证书和电子证书，二者具有同等效力。纸质证书由国家语委统一印制，经由各个测试站向应试人发放，有关具体事宜请咨询测试站。电子证书可通过登录“国家政务服务平台”相关栏目申领。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（三）重要提示</strong></p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>自成绩发布之日起1年后未领取的纸质证书，测试站有权按照内部资料予以清理销毁。纸质证书遗失的不予补发。</p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="146235"><section style='margin: 10px auto;'><section style='width: 40px;height: 40px;border-radius: 100%;background: linear-gradient(to right bottom, rgb(161, 211, 236), rgb(255, 255, 255));'><br></section><section style='margin-left: 20px;margin-top: -25px;'><section style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(25, 97, 205);'><strong data-brushtype="text">五、注意事项</strong></section></section></section></section><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（一）携带有效证件。</strong>应试人现场报名、参加测试时须携带《居民身份证》等有效证件；参加测试时还需携带准考证。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（二）填报信息准确。</strong>应试人报名时，务必认真、准确填写个人报名信息（姓名、性别、身份证号码等），经核对无误后提交。提交后相关信息不可修改、不可撤销。请在领取准考证、参加测试当日再次核实个人信息，如发现信息有误请及时向有关测试站反馈，以免造成证书信息有误。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（三）照片采集要求。</strong>证书照片将会在测试当日由测试站进行现场采集。请应试人注意仪容仪表，尽量穿深色、有领上衣，保持面部清洁和本人自然相貌；不化浓妆、遮盖或改变脸部特征；发型不能过于蓬松、不能遮眉遮耳，不佩戴过大的首饰或染过于艳丽的彩发。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（四）遵守考场纪律。</strong>应试人应严格遵守考场纪律，服从考场工作人员调度安排；严禁作弊及代考，一经发现，测试机构或者测试站点将有权取消其考试资格或者考试成绩，并报送国家测试机构记入全国普通话水平测试违纪人员档案。测试机构认为有必要的，还可以通报应试人就读学校或者所在单位。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 15px;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><strong>（五）政策咨询。</strong>面向社会开展测试的测试站名单详见附件，未尽事宜以报名网站上公布信息为准，如有报名、测试等方面疑问可从报名网站查询相关测试站联系方式进行咨询。投诉或建议请拨打029-62396032、88668680。</p><p style='font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'><br></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align:right;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>陕西省教育厅</p><p style='text-align:right;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2.1875em;'>2025年3月5日</p><p><br></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p></section><hr style='letter-spacing: 0.578px;
