2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span leaf="">二、组织形式</span></span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span leaf="">2025年秋季招生过程中学生报名、资料审核、录取、调剂派位通过陕西省教育厅“教育入学一件事”网上招生平台完成。家长要如实填写入学信息，提供真实有效户籍、房产、购房合同等资料，按要求清晰拍照上传网上招生平台。招生平台实现公安、人社、不动产登记、自然资源等部门信息共享，大数据自动比对学生户籍、监护人居住证、房产、监护人社保缴纳等信息，辅助入学资料真实性审核。对使用虚假证件和伪造入学资料者，公安机关和纪检监察部门将按有关规定处理。</span></span></p><p leaf="">1.房户一致类：是指学生的法定监护人与本人户籍及家庭实际居住所持产权住房都在学校学区内的适龄儿童少年。需提供学生本人及父母或其法定监护人户口簿，父母或其他法定监护人身份证、房屋不动产权证或房产证原件和复印件。房产证按揭抵押的提供购房合同及抵押证明材料。已购买商品房，提供购房合同及付款凭证。自建房、集体户、拆迁户提供相关房产证明（如宅基证，单位、社区或村委会开具的房产证明）。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span leaf="">2.房户不一致类：是指学生本人及父母一方或其他法定监护人的户籍在学区内，但在学区内无房产，即有户无房;或学生父母或其他法定监护人及本人户籍未在学区内，但在学区内持有实际居住的产权住房，即有房无户。有户无房类需提供学生本人及父母或其法定监护人户口簿，学生父母或其监护人身份证、房屋租赁备案登记证或房屋租赁合同原件及复印件;有房无户类（实际入住），需提供学生本人及父母或其法定监护人户口簿，学生父母或其监护人身份证、房屋不动产权证或房产证原件及复印件。已购买商品房的，提供购房合同及付款凭证等。</span></span></p><p leaf="">4.政策优待类：是指烈士子女、符合条件的现役军人子女、综合性消防救援人员子女、公安英模或因公牺牲、伤残警察子女、引进高层次人才子女、援藏干部子女及其他符合有关政策的优抚对象,按照相关政策予以落实。其他政策优待类人员按照所属类别,提供有关文件规定应享受优待资格的相关资料原件及复印件。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: leaf="">5.随迁子女类：是指户籍在高新区外，但在高新区居住的经商、务工等人员子女，根据户籍所在地情况分为：跨省随迁、省内跨市随迁和市内跨县区随迁三类。需提供学生本人及监护人户口簿、法定监护人房产证、居住证(七年级)、营业执照(或法人证书)或务工合同、务工证明及工资流水。七年级新生，如愿意将来在高新区参加中考，按照中考报名条件，监护人应及时缴纳渭南市城镇职工基本养老保险。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span leaf="">以上各类材料为报名登记所需基本材料，因各学校实际情况及学位紧缺程度不同，最终所需材料以各校招生简章为准。</span></span></p><p leaf="">按照上级政策要求，秋季义务段起始年级招生按各学校招生计划分类分批招生，具体招录顺序为：户籍类---政策优待类---随迁子女类。各学校要结合实际，按照分类登记、有序录取的办法制定切实可行的招生入学方案，并及时向社会公布，指导家长合理选择学校、有序登记，不得在城区义务段学校重复登记。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><span leaf="">四、民办学校招生管理</span></span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em;font-size: 17px;"><span leaf="">坚持民办学校与公办学校同步报名、同步招生、同步录取。公民办学校不可兼报，民办学校招生优先满足高新区学生入学需求，招不满的可以适当跨区域招生，不得跨市域招生。对报名人数远远超过招生计划的，实行电脑随机派位方式录取,未摇上号的学生回户籍地报名，或统筹至城两区有空余学位的公办初中就读。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:
