color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1、产业补链强链，整合资源锻长板</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>。一是围绕功能食品、新型材料、医工产品三大领域，梳理掌握省市区现有龙头及配套企业情况，不断深挖本土承载优势，精准绘制产业招商地图，组建招商小分队，科学谋划，主动出击，精准招引。二是启动临渭高新区控规编制，与互创国际携手链接在京资源助力大健康产业铸链补链。三是年内推动筑青生物项目建设完成50%以上，力促筑青生物与深圳萝趣物联网科技有限公司在监测睡眠质量的3D指环量产业务方面开展合作，年内培育本土适老化家居品牌1个。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 16px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2、聚力项目攻坚，挖潜育强抓漏管</span></strong></span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>。一是推动汉威数能携手华为全液冷超冲生产线项目签约落地，为四季度工业产值收官战打牢基础。二是全力保障荣发物流、优耐特石油钻井扶正器生产线三季度开工建设，通过增量项目投产和存量项目扩产支撑工业产值增加3亿左右。三是支持俊博智能家居二期仓储式体验店提标改造七月底完成，争取年底达标入规。四是开展“扫楼扫街”专项行动，联合市场监管局、工信局、商务局、统计局共同组建专班排查园区外租赁厂房企业，推动符合条件的小微企业迁址入园，确保颗粒归仓。</span></section><section style='margin-bottom: 16px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;
