margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.75; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);'><font face="宋体" size="3">会议要求，一是要提高思想认识，筑牢安全防线。执业药师作为药品经营环节的重要关键专业力量，是药品质量安全的“守门人”，要强化行业自律，增强工作责任心和职业道德，自觉履行岗位职责，树立药品行业良好形象；二是强化行业自律，提升专业水平。各零售企业要自觉履行安全主体责任，定期开展自查自纠，重点整治“四大乱象”；组织药学技术人员学习法律法规，持续提高药品质量管理水平；三是严格监管执法，形成长效震慑。各市场监管所要严格落实监管责任，对全县药品零售行业开展全面检查，对整改不到位企业进行严肃处理，对执业药师“挂证”行为零容忍，一旦发现“挂证”线索，绝不姑息，深挖到底，依法予以严惩。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify;
