SimSun;">1.高温大风天气，可能导致索道线路支架轮组、行走小车轮组、主电机/减速机、液压张紧系统、索道配电系统(高低压柜、变压器、 变频器)、索道控制柜等索道设备过热甚至故障，造成索道停运、游客滞留。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">2.高温、高湿、暴晒易导致客运索道集中润滑系统的油液稀释和变质、密封件老化趋严重，牵引索传动效能降低。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">3.持续高温，同时如降雨减少，有可能造成地下水位下降，导致地面沉陷，站内基础、支架基础位移等风险。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">5.长时间暴晒、高温、高湿等易使客运索道表面漆层损伤、脱层， 零部件锈蚀加剧和传动的结合面阻滞，润滑剂挥发加速，冶却系统功耗变多，设备能耗增大。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">6.高温、高湿、暴晒环境使电气路老化加剧，电气短路、接触不良的可能性加大，甚至出现电器自燃。</span></p><p SimSun;">7.夏季高温天气，在索道车厢内、排队长廊中、室内候车区域的游客聚集，易出现中暑、脱水、热伤风等不适情况。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">8.长时间在高温、高湿、暴晒环境下的客运索道操作人员、服务人员可能出现精神恍惚、犯困，易发生中暑、脱水、热伤风等不适，导致误操作甚至发生事故。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">9.应对措施</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（1）做好索道设备检查、润滑工作，保证设备完好。索道运行时，做好日常检查维护，监控设备温度，合理控制运行速度，确保正常运营。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（2）做好大风、暴雨等极端天气的预警，对有可能短路、触电电气装置加强日前巡查、巡检，确认消防器材和设施的完好、有效，必要时停止设备运行。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 42px;font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（3）分别针对员工和游客做好安全用电宣传和防火宣传，必要时采取设置固定吸烟区、收缴火源等措施，加强火源管理，强化防火巡查， 加强沿线森林监控，事先防范火灾。</span></p><p
