text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><font face="宋体" size="3">《负面清单》明确了学校食堂禁用、慎用食材食品目录，划定了采购“红线”，明确了哪些食材食品“碰不得”，哪些“需慎用”，实行供应商资质、合格凭证“双审核”机制，确保食材食品质量可控、来源可溯。规定了食材食品验收入库“防线”，实行高风险食材食品、禁用食品添加剂“双核对”机制。双机制的加持，有效阻断了问题食材食品流入学校食堂的渠道，将风险防范端口前移，显著降低因食材食品采购验收不当引发的安全风险，从源头筑牢校园食品安全屏障。</font></p><p style="text-align: justify;
