line-height: 2em;"><span leaf="" style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.034em;"><font face="微软雅黑">省农业遥感与经济作物气象服务中心高级工程师张维敏表示，此次降水有利于改善陕北延安东南部、关中中部、陕南东部农田和果园土壤墒情，对秋粮作物生长发育和经济林果膨大增重有利。但榆林东北部、西安南部、渭南南部局地、宝鸡南部局地、汉中南部目前土壤过湿，且与强降水落区重叠，上述地区存在农田渍涝风险。此次过程期间伴有强对流天气，局地存在玉米倒伏风险，可能导致经济林果实和叶片损伤或脱落、枝条损伤。强降水过后，农田和果园高温高湿环境易引发病虫害发生发展。</font></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
