text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;"> 符合下列条件的中国公民可以报名： （一）遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。 （二）国家承认学历的各类高、中等学校在校生以外的从业人员和社会其他人员。 （三）身体健康，生活能自理，不影响所报专业学习。 （四）报考高起本或高起专的考生应高级中等教育学校毕业或者具有同等学力。报考专升本的考生必须是已取得经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校、高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书、本科结业证书或以上证书的人员。 （五）报考成人高校医学门类专业的考生还应具备以下条件：1．报考临床医学、口腔医学、预防医学、中医学等临床类专业的人员，应当取得省级卫生健康行政部门颁发的相应类别的执业助理医师及以上资格证书或取得国家认可的普通中专及以上相应专业学历；或者县级及以上卫生健康行政部门颁发的乡村医生执业证书并具有中专学历或中专水平证书。2．报考护理学专业的人员应当取得省级卫生健康行政部门颁发的执业护士证书。3．报考医学门类其他专业的人员应当是从事卫生、医药行业工作的在职专业技术人员。4．考生报考的专业原则上应与所从事的专业对口。特别提醒：成人高等教育学历不能作为参加执业医师、执业护士资格等相关类执业资格考试的依据。 （六）申报专升本免试人员应符合以下条件：1．具有符合专升本报考条件学历证书的退役军人（自主就业退役士兵、自主择业军转干部、复员干部）。2．参加“选聘高校毕业生到村任职”“三支一扶”（支教、支农、支医和扶贫）、“大学生志愿服务西部计划”“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”等项目服务期满并考核合格的普通高职（专科）毕业生。“三支一扶”含陕西省农村基层人才队伍振兴计划项目（以下简称“振兴计划”）下基层连续服务期满三年，考核合格的从医、从教、从事农技人员。以上免试人员应选报陕西省内成人高校面向社会招生的专业志愿。 （七）在陕西定居并符合上述报名条件的港澳居民持《港澳居民来往内地通行证》或《港澳居民居住证》、台湾居民持《台湾居民来往大陆通行证》或《台湾居民居住证》、外国侨民持《外国人永久居留身份证》，可在居住市（区）招生考试机构指定地点报名。 </section><section style="justify-content: flex-start; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box;"> 考生应在户籍所在市（区）或居住证申领市（区）报名并参加考试。陕西户籍考生在户籍所在市（区）报名并参加考试，非陕西户籍考生在居住证申领市（区）报名并参加考试。 成人高考报名采取网上报名、信息审核及确认、网上缴费的方式进行。所有参加统考、单考和免试入学的考生均须在规定时间内办理报名手续。 特别提醒：本省不接受和外省同时报名（含免试）的考生，一经发现将取消考生在本省的报名、考试和录取资格，所缴报名费用不予退还。 （一）网上报名 1．网上注册及照片验证 时间：9月4日8∶00至9月8日8∶00。考生应本人登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站（https://www.sneea.cn/）或陕西招生考试信息网（https://www.sneac.com/），须使用本人身份证号和手机号，通过手机验证码完成报名注册，填写个人基本信息及志愿信息，认真复核，确认后提交。已被注册过的身份证号和手机号不能重复注册。考生注册成功后登录报名页面，上传本人近6个月以内的免冠正面白底彩色证件照，照片中显示考生头部和肩的上部，不允许戴帽子、头巾、发带、墨镜；上传照片须与本人形象相符，能反映本人特征；照片文件不大于50K，格式为JPG/JPEG（如照片过大，建议使用图画、Photoshop、ACDsee等工具，将照片进行剪裁压缩）。具体要求详见报名系统提示。省教育考试院对考生上传的证件照进行合规检查及身份验证，考生要及时登录报名网站查看验证结果。验证未通过的考生，按要求重新上传本人证件照；验证通过的考生，按要求填写报名信息、上传资料。 2．填写信息及上传资料 时间：9月4日8∶00至9月8日18∶00。报名时，考生务必认真阅读并了解报名规定、要求和流程等，按照系统提示如实填写报名信息并仔细核对，按照规定上传材料。（1）报名信息必须由本人填写，确保填写和上传资料信息准确无误。如因信息有误、弄虚作假而产生的后果由考生本人承担。（2）报考专升本、高起专的考生可填报三个院校志愿；报考高起本的考生可填报三个高起本院校志愿，第四、五志愿可兼报相同科类的高起专院校。志愿表中设有“愿服从相同科类专业调剂”栏，愿服从者填“是”，不愿服从者填“否”。（3）上传资料：①本人有效身份证正、反面照片。②陕西户籍考生须上传户口簿照片（或扫描件），户口簿上传第1页（含户主姓名、住址、发证机关名称及印章等信息）及“常住人口登记卡”本人页；非陕西户籍考生上传居住证正、反面照片（或扫描件），须按照报名点要求进行现场资格审核。③报考专升本的考生须上传学信网教育部学历证书电子注册备案表（或扫描件）；未满18周岁（2007年12月31日后出生）报考高中起点本、专科的考生，须上传高级中等教育学校的毕业证或同等学力证明照片（或扫描件），到选定的报名点进行现场资格审核。④报考成人高校医学门类临床医学、口腔医学、预防医学、中医学等临床类专业的考生，须上传省级健康卫生行政部门颁发的相应类别的执业助理医师及以上资格证书（含乡村医生执业证书）或取得国家认可的普通中专及以上相应专业学历证书照片（或扫描件）。⑤报考护理类专业考生，须上传本人执业护士证书照片（或扫描件）。⑥免试生。退役军人上传退役证（义务兵/士官退出现役证、军官转业证书、军官复员证书）；下基层服务考生上传国家及地方有关政府部门颁发的“下基层”服务期满考核合格证书；参加“振兴计划”项目的考生上传市级振兴办出具的《陕西省振兴计划服务项目考核证明》；优秀运动员上传省体育局人事部门出具的《优秀运动员申请免试进入成人高等学校学习推荐表》（国家体育总局监制）；其他符合免试条件的考生上传获奖证书及表彰证明资料照片（或扫描件）。⑦符合照顾政策的考生须上传有关获奖证书及表彰决定文件；自主就业的退役士兵提供退伍军人事务办出具的自主就业证明；优秀运动员提供经省体育局人事部门审核的运动成绩证明照片（或扫描件）。证书类图片须有持证人照片、证书编号和签发单位盖章页。上传照片、扫描件应为JPG/JPEG格式，照片或扫描件应清晰可辨、最大不得超过2M。（4）网上签订《考生诚信考试承诺书》，等待网上审核。签订承诺书之前，考生应认真复核本人填写的信息、提供的证件和证书等材料，确保真实、准确。签订承诺书之后，考生要为提交信息的真实性负责。 （二）信息审核及确认 时间：9月4日8∶00至9月9日18∶00。各报名点应对考生报名资格进行网上审核，考生进行网上信息确认。审核未通过的考生，可根据系统提示重新修改报名信息、上传相应资料，或根据报名点要求携带本人身份证和相关资料到现场审核。审核通过的考生，系统生成《考生报名信息确认表》，考生信息核对无误、确认提交后不能修改，网上审核和信息确认环节完成。 （三）网上缴费 时间：9月4日8∶00至9月10日18∶00。报名审核通过、完成信息确认的考生，登录报名网页进行缴费。考生缴费成功后报名完成，否则报名无效，逾期不再办理。 </section><section style="justify-content: flex-start;
