box-sizing: border-box !important;'> <o:p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'></o:p>一、交通出行影响预报<o:p></o:p>受9月2-6日大范围降水天气影响，我省多处公路、铁路交通安全风险较高，其中G30(连霍高速)、G5(京昆高速)、G7011(十天高速)、G85(银昆高速)、G70(福银高速)、G69(银百高速)、G6522(延西高速)、G6521(榆蓝高速)、G65(包茂高速)、G40(沪陕高速)、G3511(菏宝高速)、G3024(宝鸡过境高速)、G3023(西兴高速)、G3022(渭南过境高速)、G3002(西安绕城高速)、G22(青兰高速)、G69(银百高速)、G4213(麻安高速)等多条高速公路以及西康线、阳安线、陇海线、包西线、宁西线、徐兰高速、浩吉线、宝中线、侯西线、北芝线、西成客专、咸铜线、西户线、太西线、宝成线、银西高铁、宝中线、大西客专、梅七线、太中线等多条铁路部分路段道路湿滑，能见度较低，车辆通行受阻风险较高，驾驶员需减速慢行或绕行，避免急刹，牢记“降速、控距、亮尾”，确保出行安全。特别是通过桥梁、涵洞、山谷、隧道进出口等路段时，需降低车速、谨慎驾驶，防范交通沿线山洪、滑坡等地质灾害。建议公安、交通部门落实应对强降雨天气的工作方案和措施，加大对重点路段的巡查力度，提前研判，做好防范，必要时采取交通管制措施。 <o:p></o:p>二、旅游影响预报<o:p></o:p>本次降水过程持续时间长，累计雨量大，易引发山洪、滑坡、泥石流等次生灾害，进山、进峪口游玩时请广大游客远离临水临崖区域，做好防范措施。山区、地质条件脆弱区以及旅游景区、露营地等，需提前采取防范措施，必要时果断撤离。遇强对流天气时，应及时关停户外游乐设施、缆车、航空飞行等高空项目。另外，此时正处于季节转换期，气温波动较大，请注意及时增添衣物。 三、农业生产的影响目前，陕北大部春玉米处于灌浆期，陕南春玉米处于灌浆后期-收获期，关中、陕南夏玉米处于吐丝-灌浆期，苹果、猕猴桃处于果实膨大后期。土壤墒情监测显示，我省关中大部20厘米土壤相对湿度低于60%，仍然存在轻-中度缺墒，局地重度缺墒，预计9月2-6日持续性降水过程对改善关中大部农田和果园土壤墒情有利，利于玉米等秋粮作物、苹果等经济林果产量和品质形成。但受前期降水影响，陕南西部和东部部分地方土壤过湿，加之此次降水过程持续时间长、累计降水量大，地势低洼农田可能出现积水引发农田渍涝，易导致玉米根系功能受损、养分吸收受阻、灌浆进程减慢、籽粒品质下降，易导致根系较浅的植株发生倒伏或倒折，同时，高湿环境利于病虫害发生发展。 <o:p></o:p>建议：一是关中、陕南地势低洼农田和果园提早开沟做好排水准备，雨后及时疏通沟渠排水降渍，中耕松土增加土壤透气性。二是陕南成熟期玉米及时收获，防范籽粒霉变，同时，雨后做好未进入成熟期的倒伏玉米的“扶苗补肥”，促进植株恢复光合，减少产量损失。三是暴雨高湿区抓住“雨隙窗口期”做好病虫害监测及防治工作。<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p><p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
