box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">眼科主任田瑾接到汇报后立即启动眼科急救绿色通道，带领团队展开抢救。患者在眼科门诊快速完成OCT及眼底照相检查的同时，医护人员予以舌下含服硝酸甘油、右眼球后注射改善循环及抗炎药物、降眼压、吸氧并保持平卧位等综合治疗。数分钟后，患者视力逐渐恢复，从无光感提升至1.0，次日进一步恢复至1.5。复查显示，原本显著缺血、“白线”样改变的视网膜动脉已完全再通，血流恢复顺畅。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
