font-size: 16px;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='letter-spacing: 1px;'>针对“为何流感疫苗需要每年接种”以及“如何选择流感疫苗和最佳接种时间”这两个常见问题临渭区疾控中心党晓娟解释到，流感病毒变异速度快，每年会根据全球监测情况调整疫苗所含毒株的组分，接种疫苗后，约半个月产生抗体，并且抗体水平会随时间的延长而逐渐衰减，有效保护仅6至8个月。因此需要每年接种，以维持有效的免疫防护。谈及疫苗选择她介绍，目前临渭区可接种的流感疫苗有三类：流感病毒灭活（裂解）疫苗（三价/四价，注射）、流感病毒灭活（亚单位）疫苗（四价，注射）、 流感病毒减毒活疫苗（三价，鼻喷），目前三价与四价疫苗在保护效果上并无差异，均可有效预防流感。</span></span></span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;
