bold;">因此流感疫苗需要每年接种，以确保接种者获得针对当年流行毒株的最新保护。</span>一般来说，接种流感疫苗2至4周后可产生具有保护水平的抗体，对抗原类似毒株的保护作用可维持6至8个月。为达到良好预防效果，流感疫苗推荐接种时间为9至11月，以保障在流行高峰前形成有效免疫屏障。若未及时接种，整个流行期内仍可接种。尤其年龄小于5岁的儿童、大于65岁老年人、妊娠及围产期女性、肥胖者、慢性病患者等高危人群，感染流感后发展为重症的风险更高，应予以重视，提前接种疫苗。</span></span></p><p><span
