一年4个月供暖，8个月都没事干，渭南去年提前停暖快一个月，整天管道设备维护，为什么总是在供暖月份内维护？这次高新区又有通知明天要停暖一天，要维护管道！最快21号重新供暖！！！渭南，真的很为难！！！
