我之前在镇上吃过老张家的羊肉泡馍，也吃过老城的回民羊肉煮馍也好，城区还没吃过 我觉得城里的卖家味道不错，推崇固市怡香阁，西二路的蒲城誉香楼，辛市的王红羊肉都美得很。你觉得咋样？ 感觉都差不多，不好的有些羊肉放过冰柜吃起来有点味，我对此敏感，我个人判断卫生良好，肉鲜烂，椒盐合适，价格合理，就是好的。 吃不惯那玩意，一股膻味，牛肉倒是不拒绝的，尤其腊牛肉，夹到同州月牙饼里，那滋味，给个县长都不换呐！ 都说羊肉是暖性，去寒！所以冬天大家喜欢吃羊肉！渭南人吃羊肉以羊肉煮馍或者泡馍最多！现在基本上大街吃羊肉煮馍的馆子比较多，选择性更多，个人推荐老城的爱国煮馍不错！蒲城水盆也可以！！！ 嗯嗯冬季寒冷一吃羊肉。我觉得渭南龙背安西的王红水盆羊肉好吃。他们家的羊肉汤鲜肉烂。而且肉量也很大。所以经常就到他们家去吃。 羊肉就要吃水盆，首选当然是马回斋，味真好，就是有点远，在开发区住去的多的是金牛市场对面的蒲城清香阁 说实话，哪家羊肉好吃还真的不能给出建议，我们吃羊肉也是到处跑，乡镇上也去，市里也去，西一路一家盈盈水盆，固市，辛市，都去吃。也分辨不出来哪家好吃 我觉得是渭南故市这家王红水盆羊肉，真的绝绝子！一上桌，那水盆羊肉的香气就扑鼻而来，还没吃就已经流口水了。肉量超大，满满一大碗，而且软烂入味，一点膻味都没有，吃起来太香了！蒜香羊血也是一绝，羊血嫩滑，蒜香四溢，搭配在一起简直完美！羊汤也是一绝，不咸不淡，刚刚好。喝上一口，暖洋洋的，超级满足！ 冬季天寒宜吃牛羊肉。我最喜欢吃的是渭北安西王红的水盆羊肉。他们家的水盆羊肉汤鲜肉多。另外还喜欢吃固市镇的一家水盆羊肉。那家水盆羊肉的味道也不错。 冬季确实适合吃羊肉，温补驱寒，补充营养，滋养脾胃。
