text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf="" mpa-font-style='mj0ud9xc1ebw'><span textstyle='' style='letter-spacing: 1px;'>2025年8月15日，省市场监管局突击对西安市灞桥区、长安区两处涉嫌存放组装不符合国家强制性标准电动自行车存储窝点集中执法行动，现场查封涉嫌不符合国家强制性标准电动自行车719台。经查，某科技有限公司等多家经营主体擅自对相关涉案车辆更换坐垫套件（含座桶），经抽样检验，涉案车辆在整车质量、尺寸限值、脚蹬间隙结构、标识与警示语项目不符合GB17761-2018《电动自行车安全技术规范》、GB42295-2022《电动自行车电气安全要求》的明示要求。相关当事人的上述行为违反了《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第十三条的规定，构成销售不符合强制性国家标准电动自行车的违法行为。目前相关案件正在进一步核查处理中。</span></span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;
