怎么说呢，教育孩子本身就是一个玄学，成功的孩子都是别人家的，成功的孩子教育方法有千百样，有放羊式、有严防死守的、有打压的，有鼓励的，判断成功的方法只有一个，呵呵，失败的孩子只有一种，奶奶不亲，姥姥不爱，父母看到了没个好脸色，唉，父母亲们知道吗？成功的孩子是国家的，失败的孩子是父母的，上个星期在医院里我一个男人差点掉眼泪了，当时怀疑是心梗，医生给我说要求家属陪护，问我孩子呢？我说在外地工作，爱人呢？在给孩子装修房子，可怜的我当时难受的，大家说说，我的孩子是成功的还是失败的？ 该鼓励时鼓励，该打压时也得打压，只夸赞不批评，只会让孩子高高在上，觉得自己无所不能，毫无抗压能力。只批评不夸赞会让孩子自卑且不自信。教育没有绝对的方式，只能因人而异。 我觉得鼓励式教育对孩子的成长更有利，鼓励能够激发孩子的自信心，让他们在面对挑战时更勇敢，夸奖还能培养孩子的自律性，让他们在日常生活中养成良好的习惯。 我觉得现在的孩子不比过去的孩子，过去孩子不听话不说家长了，就连老师也打。现在不一样了，我觉得鼓励式教育教育更适合现在的孩子！ 我自己感觉以自己从小到大的经历和管自己两个孩子的经验来说，不能一味打压，也不能只是鼓励！要两者相结合！ 现在的孩子只能说服再教育，不能跟过去孩子那些不听话就打一顿，以前的孩子那个童年很开心，单纯而善良，只是一个耍，所以打过就忘了，而现在的孩子手机玩的，那心眼多的，只能好好说，说的多了也不行，难管。 鼓励式教育对孩子成长起着重要作用 wnghj766824 发表于 2025-12-15 09:11
