我的避暑办法是
喝家里凉的凉白开。
不过
有一次，浪回来因为太渴，

一口气干完了。 时代飞逝，空调成了家家户户的常客。 回想我们小时候，风扇都算奢侈，空调更是遥不可及。现在天气变暖，所以说确实比以前热了，所以说我们应该爱护环境，保护好环境 最近，孩子沉迷空调房不愿出门，我便回忆起往昔："那时候，没有空调，不也熬过来？"或许，那时的夏天并没有现在这么热。 即便是在酷暑三伏，感觉也没这么炽热。我们小时候真的没有这么热，现在确实比以前热了很多 那时，每家都会有一把蒲扇，夜晚入睡，微风拂面，凉爽宜人。 晚饭后，我们常去树荫下乘凉，洗个澡，一夜好眠。所以现在都夏天真的是比以前热了太多太多 那时的夏天，似乎真的没有这么热，洗澡后，身上总是凉意袭人。 那时，家家户户铺着竹席，少了现代汽车的尾气，少了工厂的喧嚣，夏天依旧凉爽。现在这个大气变暖确实影响挺大的。 反观如今，空调普及，天气却一年比一年热，让人难以承受。 或许，是生活条件好了，孩子的耐受能力却下降了。我觉得还是全球变暖影响的，就是太热。 小时候的避暑方法：井水冰镇西瓜、竹床露天纳凉、蒲扇驱蚊伴眠、绿豆汤解暑，靠的是顺应自然节奏。
现在的建筑大都是水泥建筑吸热快、散热慢，加上汽车、空调等人为热源排放，导致市区温度明显高于郊区，且夜间最低温居高不下，让人难以通过睡眠恢复体力 。 上世纪八、九十年代的我们这代人，一般是手摇扇子，家境好点能吹个电扇子，有吊扇或落地扇或台扇。再热点的话就买根冰棒（或奶糕）防暑降温品、生吃西红柿、黄瓜、西瓜等降温瓜果。
如今，再普通的家庭，基本上都装了空调，再加上冰糕、冰棍或冰啤等饮品，防暑降温条件较二、三十年前还要优越！！ 小时候搬竹椅坐院坝，摇蒲扇、啃冰棒、泡井水。体感上如今夏天确实更闷热，高温天数也变多了，往日清凉的夏夜越来越少。 记得放暑假，中午就去我们村后面的小河去玩水，晚上就是在院子铺个凉席躺着，

客观数据：夏天确实验证了我们的“体感”
· 长期升温：数据显示，中国年平均气温增暖趋势明显，近50年（1954-2006年）的增暖速率更是达到约每10年0.26℃。

午休睡大树下面，特凉快，那时候村镇里大树真多，晚上睡大场面，刮一点风还凉快，不刮风，蚊子把人能吃了， 记得我们小的时候就是吃个冰棍解解暑，这就是家里晾瓶白开水凉白开。还有我母亲亲自做的红茶菌，天热的时候喝上一杯特别的凉爽。再就是喝白糖水解暑。夏天买很多西瓜到床底下。什么时候想吃拿出来杀一个用勺子挖着吃。天气热了，把凉席就铺到地下席地而睡，轻轻松松就熬过一个晚上。那时候也不是特别热。特别热的时候用个芭蕉扇扇扇就可以解暑。如果谁们家有个电风扇都是相当不错的了。现在的夏天真的比以前热很多。炎热的时候在空调屋里都不怎么舒服。 儿时没有空调房，
大树下面去乘凉，
放张竹席当作床，
烧堆艾草把蚊防，
手摇蒲扇身清凉，
数着星星入梦乡，
蛙叫蝉鸣奏乐章，
一觉睡到大天亮。 小时候我们都是在没有柏油马路，更没有高楼大厦，也没有卖小吃的烟火和空调排除的热风……我们住的是土坯瓦房，走的是土路，有庄家，有树木还有农家菜地……也不知道现在比过去热不热，但记得小时候夏季避暑白天下河游泳，晚上在院子铺张席拿把扇子扇，睡觉就在席子上用单子盖着！总之小时候就是简单。 小的时候就是游泳，在树林里待着，或者是吹吹风扇，那个时候没有空调，但没有现在这么热，那个时候还可以在西瓜地里吃西瓜，吃冰棍，特别开心，就是跳蚤和蚊子特别多，把人咬的受不了，再啥都好 小时候，现在回想起来，小时候的夏天，小时候的月亮真的很亮很亮，屋前屋后的，早早的把地扫干净，等傍晚把席子铺上，铺上单子，拿上枕头，躺在席子上，看着月亮，找寻夜里的星星，说着说着就睡着了，等早上的时候才发现被父母抱回家里了，再也回不去了。 小时候，每家每户都有竹床，晚上，大家都把床搬外面躺床上看星星，左邻右舍大家聚一起谈天说地，好不热闹，那个时候，没有空调，基本就是蒲扇，西瓜，冰棍，绿豆汤，都是避暑神器，现在这种都没人稀罕，都是空调房里一整天不出门，左邻右舍说也不认识谁，哎 以前夏天就是晚上在院子里，白天热，晚上就没有感觉那么热，那个时候农村晚上还是很凉快的，感觉现在比以前热的多了， 物理降温：用蒲扇、芭蕉扇手摇纳凉，晚上把竹席、竹枕搬到院子/天台乘凉，还有冰棒、绿豆汤、酸梅汤这类降温解暑的饮食。
- 借助工具：不少家庭会用落地扇、台扇降温，条件好一点的，会提前储存天然冰块放在室内降温。 小时候感觉夏天不是很热，柿子树下铺一张席，躺上就睡着了，醒了就上树摘柿子，一群碎娃，基本上都是那样，村头有一大片柿子树，树下地干净，土被人踩的很硬实也很光滑，大人小孩夏天都爱在哪里乘凉。现在再也找不回那种味道了，感觉现在夏就是很热。 我记忆里 小时候没有现在热这是不争的事实我们小时候没有什么避暑神器也没有专门避暑的地方唯一的避暑就是待在阴凉的地方大树下面拿着蒲扇自己扇风或者去水渠里游泳基本都不会中暑也不会太难受 小时候没有风扇。下午就给门前的空地洒点水，晚上给地上铺篷布。家家门前都这么，有钱人还把黑白电视搬出来看，周围的邻居都来蹭电视。。回不去的童年了。。。 记得小时候以前村里全是大树，出了村口，就是成片的大树，太阳最毒的时候，用扫帚拍蜻蜓，夏天晚上去抓知了猴，一点也感觉不到夏天有多热。那时候夏天的标配就是一把蒲扇，一块凉席，反而没觉得有多热。现在空调吹着，电扇转着，反而感觉受不了了？记得以前经常长痱子，特别是三伏天，现在空调房里出来，立马感觉一股热浪扑面而来。感觉蒸笼。以前最凉快的地方就是厨房门口，田间地头。以前36度就是高温天气，现在经常出现40度的天气了。看看现在到处都是高楼大厦，水泥路，柏油路，满大街都是汽车排尾气，空调转动着排出的是热风。以前出身热汗，洗个凉水澡，感觉特别舒服，现在出汗的机会都很少了 我小时候避暑就是风扇，现在的夏天真的比以前热多啦 小时避暑用芭蕉扇。树荫下，窑洞里！
