box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">住培医师身份类型及学历学位信息以住培报名时为准，一经报考不得变更身份。根据不同身份类型管理政策如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">1.本单位住院医师（“基地人”）按照医院相关制度管理。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">2.单位委托培训住院医师（“单位人”）与我院、派出单位签订三方培训协议，培训期间原人事（劳动）、工资关系不变。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">3.面向社会招收住院医师（“社会人”）在培训期间签订住院医师规范化培训聘用劳动合同，办理基本社会保险，并发放基本工资。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">注：社会人的身份界定以录取时为准，若中途变更身份，不予受理。现场审核时，需确保社会人身份，既往就业人员需提供离职证明。录取报到时，社会人若参加过其他单位社会保险，须提交基本养老保险转移凭证和公积金封存手续（若有），停缴医疗保险（含职工医保、居民医保、大学生医保等）。因个人原因导致手续无法正常办结的，责任由个人承担，情节严重者，取消录取资格。报到需完成劳动合同签订，劳动合同明确培训期间双方权利义务，到期后依法终止，社会人自主择业。</span></p></section><section style='text-align: justify;letter-spacing: 2px;box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">5.激励政策：培训期间，工作认真积极等表现优异者，医院将给予年度评优，以资鼓励。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">6.福利政策：医院为住培医师提供免费住宿、通勤车、院内免费停车、享受年休假、享受餐厅补贴、免费发放医师工作服（冬夏各两件）、培训期间安排一次职工免费体检。社会类别住培医师可申请加入工会，与本院职工同等对待。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">7.政策落实：医院严格落实国家卫生健康委员会办公厅等4部委办公厅《关于贯彻落实住院医师规范化培训“两个同等对待”政策的通知》（国卫办科教发〔2021〕18号）和陕西省卫生健康委等4部门《关于贯彻落实住院医师规范化培训“两个同等对待”政策的通知》（陕卫科教发〔2021〕66号）文件精神，严格落实“两个同等对待”，即面向社会招收的普通高校应届毕业生培训对象，培训合格当年在医疗卫生机构就业的，在招聘、派遣、落户等方面，按当年应届毕业生同等对待。经住培合格的本科学历临床医师，在人员招聘、职称晋升、岗位聘用、薪酬待遇等方面，与临床医学、中医专业学位硕士研究生同等对待。</span></p></section><section style='text-align: left;
