box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">为什么是“三价”疫苗？不是减配，是更精准</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">今年免费接种的是三价流感病毒裂解疫苗，不少人会问：怎么没有四价？</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1429em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">其实不是减配，而是更科学。世界卫生组织确认，四价疫苗多覆盖的乙型Yamagata系流感病毒，自2020年3月以来全球已无自然流行病例，2026-2027流行季不再推荐该组分。本次三价疫苗覆盖的甲型H1N1、甲型H3N2、乙型Victoria系，与当前流行毒株匹配度超98%，防护效果完全足够。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;
