max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>2.符合校外培训机构设置标准，按照审批流程，非学科类校外培训机构应积极主动到行政审批部门办理审批、登记手续后，依法依规开展校外培训。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>3.教育部门负责督促学校做好受托学生的政策法规宣传、心理健康教育、心理疏导等相关工作；市场监管部门负责督促校外托管机构严格按照《营业执照》中登记的经营范围，开展相关经营性活动；公安部门负责治安管理，联动开展情报信息搜集研判和预警预防，做好相关涉稳事件应急处置工作；行政审批部门负责非学科类校外培训机构审批、登记有关工作。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px;
