公司的规定还是比较人性化的，老板是一个睿智的人，思想也比较前卫，对员工就像朋友一样，一个团队相处的特别好，也没有什么太无理的要求，就是教大家上班就要认真上班，不要迟到，把自己该做的事做好，严格按照公司规章制度来工作，我觉得家有家规公司有公司的规定，挺好的 我从事的一直是机械制造行业，我们的公司一直有开例会和加班的问题。虽然很讨厌，但是也没有办法，会是经常开，已经形成惯例。加班儿更是没有办法，就是家常便饭，而且一直是单休，因为行业的性质决定的。最最讨厌的还是欠款的问题，经常都是先干了活后给钱，后面还挑三拣四的，挑质量的问题。唉，也太难了。 到是觉得没有什么讨厌的规定！主要我们是低层的打工者，进公司前就看了有关公司和员工的规定！首先我要先按照公司的规定执行！当然在必要时期！公司也会出些需要的规定，也会让人讨厌， 我这小单位，也没有啥讨厌的规定，老板管的也不严，只要干好自己的工作，就没有啥事，所以我在现在的单位已经干了八年了，只要没有啥事我还会继续干着， 一家公司里，必然有各种各校的规章制度，这些合理的规章制度让整个公司运转起来有效而有序。
但是一家公司里面久而久之也会产生许多不成文的规定，这些规定有些慢慢变成了公司的文化，成为正能量不断产生好的影响，而也有很多这种不成文的规定，成为了员工深恶痛绝的东西，有些人甚至因此而离职。

真是让人厌恶！ 这个世界上最愚蠢的行为就是跟别人讲道理。就算你是对的，也不必要证明别人就是错的。永远要记住位置不同，少言为贵。认识不同，不争不辩。三观不合，浪费口舌。古语有云，三年学说话，一生学闭嘴。 某些公司口中说着狼性文化，但是只逼迫员工每天努力做事，但是从来不提加工资或者加福利的事情，甚至有的公司还会苛刻工资，丝毫不留情面，我见过一个公司，创业期间，公司有困难，希望员工挺下去，但是工资不会发，等公司挺过去了，工资照发，但是没有多余的奖励或者福利，所以我觉得这个公司不行，留不住人才。如果想让员工办事，那就先把公司福利制度做好，再跟员工谈这些事。 最讨厌每天晚上7点，第二天早上7点开例会，最重要第二天早上说的还和前一天晚上说的内容还一样，就奇了怪了，过一晚大家把事都忘了，尽做一些无效功，形式主义! 我曾经在一家民营企业工作过，管理可谓十分严格，却很不完善。单位规定早上八点上班，迟到十五分钟以内，扣全天工资，迟到十五分钟以后，一个月奖金全部扣发。此管理制度不得不承认很严格，对员工存在着极其苛刻的惩罚。因此单位出现迟到的现象也很少。但是员工从内心里却很反感这种制度，容易产生逆反心理，责怪企业太没人性化。 我都公司是特别好的，老板就是我的表哥。她特别善良，做事特别雷厉风行。他是九零后。人真的特别好。所以公司的规章制度也比较前卫。所以大家还是挺喜欢老板的。我觉得这样很相信奔赴的规章制度是最好的。我们遵守老板的规定，老板对我们也好。公司越来越好。 这个，太多了，我们公司完全是私人单位，弄得跟正式单位一样，上下班打卡，缺一次罚款100，收钱要发进账，漏发一次20元，还没有五险一金。定制工服还要最高档的，还不给报销，太不人性化了
真的不知道怎么说了。不过话说回来，既来之则安之，人家都能受得了，我也能。我现在做的挺好的。 私人单位工作，没有五险一金，干一天一天工资，没有假期的说法，28天算满勤，为了生活也只有天天上班了，，累！！ 我一个做后勤工作的，也要每天打卡上下班打卡，要是不打卡就扣分，也就是没有一天假，一年到头都没有假，初心初一都没有，更别说平时的节假日，过节也不加薪，食堂以前吃饭的有30人，现在都60个人了，也不加工资，唉，干的都没有心情了，但是也要继续加油 以前做后勤最麻烦的就是接电话必须说自己工号之类的，说了你好和公司名称还不够，还非要工号，也是醉了，然后稍微有点问题就要扣钱，不管是不是自己的问题，只要被投诉了，太不够人性化了，只能赶紧辞职走人，你们说是不是这个理儿{:14_515:} 已经好多年都没有上班了。最后一次上班的公司挺好的，民营企业。每天只要把自己的活干完就行。最讨厌的就是，产线加班，就得跟着产线加班。加班没事干，就是玩也要玩到下班。就是这一点不好。其他福利啥都还好。现在想出去上班都难 最讨厌的就是条条框框太多，比如有的公司，员工上个厕所，他都要规定时间，但是说实话，有的人也是不自觉，害了大家，还有就是好多公司老是频繁的让员工加班，可是都是无偿的，一分钱都没有，做不好还得挨骂，感觉好冤，还有就是那些搞销售的，非要弄什么狗屁规定，逼自己的员工每天在朋友圈要发够多少宣传的消息，少发就要被罚款，还有就是规定的几号发工资，但是到期日了，却不是那么积极，不是装哑巴，就是装失忆，不发工资，一句话都没有，不给你说明为什么到时间没发，这也是让人讨厌的地方，那规定的日期有啥用，就算有困难或者其他问题，就不能给个说明吗？ 讨厌公司规定迟到一秒扣钱，周末加班义务。我猜没有什么规定比罚钱更让人反感了吧，本来就是来你这挣钱的，一点点破事就要罚款，扣工资，这种公司太磨人心志。我之前待过一家公司就是喜欢扣工资的，迟到一秒也算迟到，半个小时内扣30，超过半个小时扣50，晚上加班不算加班，周末加班没有加班费，就算你超过8个小时也最多只有8个小时的调休，噢对了，还没有全勤奖，但是如果你调休就要扣你的高温补贴。
所以，后来我辞职了。没有人喜欢义务加班。 讨厌公司强制在下班时间参加公司的活动。本来公司搞活动是一件开心的事情，如果活动本身特别地吸引人，那么员工一定也会十分愿意去参加的。但是如果你在下班时间搞一个活动，内容看上去像是搞军训一样，大家可能就没有那么愿意来参加了，这时候为了要让场子人数够多，老板通常都会要求全员到场。这样的业余活动，和加班有什么区别呢？事实上就是在带着加班的心情在参加活动的，而且还比加班更累，不止要假装投入在活动当中，还要假装玩得很开心，结束了还要和领导说我今天收获很多，当然领导一般还会要求每一个人写一写参加这个活动的总结之类的东西。
我倒更宁愿直截了当的加班。 我们公司没有讨厌的规定，上班很自由，么事上班，有事休假，而且老板同事之间关系也很融洽，每天早上上班的第一件事就是抬杠，抬完杠就开始个忙各的，于是，愉快的一天就结束了！ 唉！说起来就郁闷，倒不是公司定的规定，就是执行到最后就全变味了，我最讨厌的就是占用下班时间，他们会让你早班下班发刊，贴海报。有时候她开会吧，发群里就OK的事情，愣是照着念几遍，下午班开半小时，早班下来再开，弄得三点的班你能四点还走不了，一个月就只有五天早班，再被这样子一嚯嚯，哎呀那个窝火吆。。。人家公司忙了，拖延你下班晚没事，你要是迟到了，那试试？还一天尽弄些个弄虚作假的事，为了业绩哄上头哩！当领导的带头作假，你不做还不行，搞得上班乌烟瘴气的，总结：1占用下班时间，2工时远大于规定时间，3强迫员工弄虚作假。 以前虽然没在大公司上过班，但干了几个工作都挺不错，老板没有那么多规定，唯有在一家纯净水公司上班，干了四五年，那时需要给老员工缴纳社保，老板不想缴，就想方设法把老员工裁了，重招新人，这是上班唯一一次让人不愉快的经历。 生活好难啊，生活好更难！我们能可以吃饭发朋友圈，看电影发朋友圈，秀恩爱发朋友圈，就是不能工作发朋友圈，工作全发朋友圈里这和微商有什么区别？而且最主要的是强迫两个字，没有人会喜欢别人强迫自己做事情，还是自己的私事。 公司最讨厌有种调班，调休的状况，周六，周日加班2倍工作，法定节假日3倍工资，有公司已各种调班，调休，让周一到周五任意一天，调休到周六周日，劳动报酬就损失很多。希望有关部门可以立法，保障劳动者的合法权益，让加班就是加班的薪资。 最讨厌的就是公司把员工都当傻子哄，一边说着涨工资，这边给你涨一点，又从其他方面降一点，福利再取消一点，规定工时形同虚设，排班工时长不说了，还不能按时下班， 十几年没有在单位上过班了，很怀念那段一边吐槽单位这样不好那样不好的时光。现在的兼职工作除了要穿工作服之外其他的都很佛系，没有要求 公司规定有的合理，有的就不合理，比如说，迟到一分钟罚款一百，那提前到的为什么不奖励呢？加班也为什么不给加薪呢？作为老板，也要适当的人性化管理，不能用老一套了！ 我是一个退休教师，在职时最讨厌重复（或者说是无为的）的工作。譬如备课不仅要做纸质的还要做电子的，这可是无劳费神。还有不必要的工作，像教师利于周末下乡扶贫…… 单位必须得穿工装。而且刚来的时候还不给发，没有，但是必须穿，不得不自己付费买。而且还必须得提前到十分钟。不打卡的话就按迟到算，而且加班儿没事儿，还得等领导加完班儿一起下班儿。下午下班的时候必须给领导说一声，自己要走，而且每天都要给领导汇报每日的工作。周报我都可以理解，但是日报真的有点烦。我上的不是班儿，我拿的不是工资，我拿的是窝囊费呀。 明面上的规定没什么不好的地方，就是有些潜规则让人很不适应，比如说室内所有场所都默认可以随意抽烟，哪怕墙上贴着禁烟标志都无济于事，你要想保护自己免受二手烟危害的权利，人家还觉得你多事，你要是一时气不过打了12345，相信我，受批评的也不是违法吸烟者而是你。于是，世界卫生组织烟草控制框架公约第八条的实施准则在我国已经生效整整十二年了，你还是要在工作场所深受二手烟的危害，并且，哪怕是在南纬路27号中国控制吸烟办公室所在的楼道和卫生间里，你依然会受到二手烟的危害，也是醉了。
原计划今年争取实现90个无烟日，结果到现在为止只实现了不到20个，然而世界平均水平就是90个以上，因为绝大多数国家和地区的绝大多数工作场所都是默认禁止吸烟的，唯独我们截然相反且不以为耻，真是咄咄怪事！ 最讨厌公司加班这件事!什么时候劳动法可以保障员工的上班权益，不要一味的压榨劳动力，占用劳动人民的私人时间，太多的加班只有工作没有生活能不恼火吗？ 讨厌的还是打卡，规定了不能迟到的时间区间，早了也不行，晚了也不行。还有部分人员用的钉钉打卡。我感觉自觉的人员永远都是自觉的，不自觉的人员本身就不想好好上班，有些人打了卡，不好好上班也能拿到钱，所以打卡失去了本来的意义。希望单位奖罚分明，尽量公正处理。 老板每天在微博微信上发大量的打鸡血创业鸡汤，类似成功学的那种东西，鸡汤王、金句王，传播正能量，难道不该值得称颂吗？然而该老板作死的地方是自己乐在其中还不够，非要强制要求公司所有员工都转发。其实吧，偶尔发点打鸡血的段子也没什么，但是每天发N条！该公司员工身边不明真相的朋友都以为他中了鸡汤毒，还嘲笑拉低了他们朋友圈的×格和平均智商，慢慢的，不少人直接屏蔽了他。于是他试过无视这条奇葩规定，却不料老板每天都在检查，一天没有发他的鸡汤，第二天上班开早会的时候，老板就当着全公司人的面开骂了 公司不允许吃东西，没有垃圾桶，垃圾要个人处理。桌面要整洁，不能放文件夹，在角落分你个小柜子，一切都要放在那里，你们知道这有多难受吗？接下来谈谈带薪拉屎的问题，这个问题相当普遍，规定也是多了去。比如限制上厕所时间，好点的公司限制到15分钟，一些垃圾的垢给8分钟，如果有点便秘，想想这8分钟，基本上班不用拉屎了。话说，这里面有你的公司没有？ 好像没有什么不好的规定 说多了都是眼泪 领导安排什么就干什么，不敢有意见。 给私人干活、干一天算一天，就是讨厌那些说话不讲信用的人。 领导指哪我们打哪，哪敢有意见 多了，具体没法说
