一、所提供的餐具不得另行收费，不得强制或变相强制收取餐具费、餐位费、消毒费、茶位费。
二、所提供的餐具必须达到国标， 不得使用不具备资质的餐饮具消毒服务单位提供的消毒餐具；不得使用来历不明的消毒餐具；不得使用未在产品或者包装上注明消毒单位名称、地址等应注明事项的消毒餐具。
三、执行明码标价制度，餐饮业经营者要按照规定和行业规范，以显著的方式对食材、菜品和商品实行明码标价，做到标价清晰、价目齐全、价格变动及时调整。对消费中带有附加条件的，必须明确标示，不得含糊标示，不得虚假优惠折扣，禁止价格欺诈行为。
四、不得利用格式条款、店堂告示等方式，减轻或免除经营者责任、加重消费者责任的行为。不得单方面规定经营者拥有解释权或者最终解释权，排除或限制消费者权利的行为。 吃饭不应该有餐具费，以前固定电话除了有基本通讯费，还有初装费，后来都取消了。吃饭也应该是一费制。 说不上合不合理！
