刚才老母亲还问起才想起来，现在的生活节奏让人丢了许多的传统。每每想起儿时，经济虽不怎么宽裕，但似乎人很充实，很快乐。
真是应了哪句话，儿时，哭着哭着就笑了，长大后，笑着笑着就哭了。
本来想喝八宝粥的，又嫌有点甜。最后换成米饭加菜了。平时如果在家的话我是会做腊八粥的。里面的东西挺多，各种颜色的豆类，银耳，莲子，红枣，枸杞，黑米，花生，葡萄干等等，超过8种食材。好吃就行了。条件不允许就随便弄点豆类外加上各种米就算是了。 早上朋友圈里都在说腊八节，直到中午吃腊八粥的时候才发现，哦，今天是腊八节呀，小时候知晓这个节日还是在武侠小说《侠客行》，里边的赏善罚恶两使，印象深刻的很，有个傻小子运气好到爆棚，感觉腊八节就是一个神奇的节日，对喽，腊八节快乐哟。 没有喝八宝粥。就我和孩子在家，两个人吃一点点，感觉做起来太麻烦。就和孩子打了五谷豆浆喝了。记得以前在家，妈妈会做腊八粥，放各种豆子，莲子，特别好喝。还有下午吃腊八面？俗话说，过了腊八就是年。离过年越来越近了 过了腊八就是年，腊八节，即每年农历十二月初八，又称为“法宝节”“佛成道节”“成道会”等。本为佛教纪念释迦牟尼佛成道之节日，后逐渐也成为民间节日。腊八节当然要喝腊八粥了！！！自己做一般会放红枣，桂圆，花生，冰糖，各类豆子，莲子，等等，那样更美味。 今天是腊八节，今天吃完腊八粥就开始要过年啦！年味从喝完腊八开始。腊八粥的食材，可以以各地各家习惯不同而改变，整理厨房食材，有什么用什么！我们今天用五谷杂粮料理，凡举米类（稻米/糯米/小米/玉米/糙米…)、豆类（红豆/绿豆/花豆/黄豆/花豆…)、干果类（葡萄干/桂圆干/核桃/松子/白果/红枣/莲子/山药…)，选8样，就行了。 腊八节喝腊八粥是传统习俗。煮腊八粥的原材料，通常都是大家喜欢的桂圆、莲子、葡萄干、花生米、红枣、红小豆、绿豆、芸豆、大米等。这些原料放在一起熬煮，煮出的不仅仅是美味的粥，还有多种营养价值的结晶。大米具有补中益气、健脾和胃的功效。将大米用来熬粥后，绝大部分营养就到了粥里，其中又以粥油最有价值，其滋补的效用丝毫不亚于人参导名贵药材。再加上其他原料所含蛋白质、维生素等营养物质丰富，所以食用八宝粥之后可以有效提高人体免疫力，保护脾胃，减少失眠等症状的发生。 忘记了，下午喝{:14_538:} 食堂喝的，开始没注意，觉得稀饭里面放的东西多，打开手机才知道腊八。 今天要吃喝腊八粥，过了腊八就是年，所谓七宝五味粥，喜欢什么加入什么 没喝腊八粥，苞谷椮红薯稀饭就算喝了。 今天腊八节肯定要喝腊八粥我最喜欢的腊八粥里面有 红枣 红豆 黑米 黑豆 薏米百合 莲子 麦仁即营养又美味 祝大家腊八节快乐 自己做的腊八粥，放各种米、豆子、花生米、葡萄干等 坦率的说：腊八节还没有闲情逸致捯饬腊八粥
