而且他放到驿站都会有信息提醒的 像别的快递 如果家里没人，会电话通知放到驿站。家里有人还差不多，没人放驿站，下班回来顺路一取，挺方便！ 我只能说快递员幸苦了，一个万人社区按这标准，至少得三到四个快递员，不然别说送了，电话都难得打完，万事万物都不是十全十美的，对于这个行业出现的问题，一是加强职业道德教育；二是完善相关规章制度；三是多与消费者沟通。 因地制宜因人而异有的地方取快递进有的取快递远，有时候快递到了人没在家放在驿站代收方便回来取。 我觉得快递员应该给用户打电话，如果用户没时间取经得同意可放驿站(用户起码知道自己的快递到了)。因为现在有的快递到货后手机收到一条短信提示，快递员连个电话都不打直接放驿站了，有多少人和我一样几天几天都不太看短信的…… 之前不也是这样么{:14_515:} 都是送到门上最后除了顺丰 京东邮政再最后呢邮政也叛变了 也是站点自取 优良传统就这么没了 这样子方便了快递员。
成本上，快递驿站让快递员可以有规划地按照一个固定时间投递一个区域的快递，达到经济规模，降低送货成本，而不是因为收货人的空闲时间不同，同一天反复跑一个区域投递快递。时间上，集中快递后，一起投递驿站比分批依次送货上门能节省更多时间。
可能对于一些收货人来说，因为不在家，投递在驿站，自己有空的时候去取更方便。但试想，如果快递服务真的做的很好，可以提前选择送货时间，并且准时在约定的时间送货上门，驿站是增加了收货人的取货链路的。此外，驿站取货高峰期，需要排很长的队才能取到自己的快递，体验十分不好。 平时也不怎么买，但是感觉快递就是送货上门的，不管快递费多少？是谁出这个费用，快递行业挣得就是这个钱，收钱了就要把事情办好，别为了一时方便失去了客户。 坦率的说 这是个好规定———

我觉得快递放驿站有时候不方便。比如春节期间跑了两趟去取快递，都没有开门。而且快递开门比较晚，我早晨上班走的比较早，晚上回来有时候又关门了取不上，还是不太方便的。 据说从3月1号开始，所有快递都得经过收件人允许才能放在驿站。也就是说要和收件人联系，是放在家里，或者是放在驿站。个人觉得把快递放在驿站是比较方便的：一是有时候收件人确实不方便接电话，或者是看到是陌生电话直接挂断。第二放在驿站可以随时去取。第三是有利于快递小哥提高工作效率。我们所有制度出台应该是从各方面去考虑，不能仅仅为了某个群体。从快递小哥来说，如果执行以后，他的工作量起码要增加几倍，效率要大大降低：首先他要给收件人打电话，收件人如果不接电话怎么办？这个快递怎么去派？第二如果很便宜的几块钱的东西都要快递小哥花费大量的时间，爬到几十层楼跑到楼上去送，人力成本是不是有点太廉价了？对这个快递小哥有些太不公平。所以建议放驿站或者放自助柜，放在家里多种方式都应该允许。首选放驿站或快递柜，提高送家里的成本，可以在快递时设置选项，通过经济手段和自主选择相结合，这样才能保障各方利益，促进快递业健康发展！ 平常小东西觉得没关系，我们门面离驿站不到200距离，买了一个微波炉比较重，自己不好搬，买的时候也是问过可以送货上门的，但是要求送货的时候，开始语气不耐烦，还说你要送货买京东去，小快递不赚钱不送的，还说以后买大东西不要留这边的地址，他们店小没地方放，真心觉得驿站这是被惯的什么毛病 如果自己的时间不那么自由，不能够随时接到快递电话的话，那东西会被放到哪儿呢？会不会丢呀？而且快递以后送到人手上，快递费会不会涨？因为这其中毕竟加了很多人工。 我们小区门口就有两个驿站，也有一些驿站距离用户较远，或者用户经常需要在驿站关闭后才有时间取件，那么使用驿站可能就不太方便。此外，如果驿站的服务质量不佳，比如包裹处理不当或者服务态度差，也可能影响用户体验。

我觉得习惯了还是可以的，但是有些东西还是必须要送到家，因为是很重要，而且还是很重的，所以快递员一定要送到家，但是有些小东西送到驿站也是可以到下班可以回来拿， 不然的话，影响快递员的工作也特别的麻烦，不要有特别的规定，因情况而定吧 我觉得放驿站还是可以的。这样还是挺方便的。每次有很多快递一起去取。如果送到家的话，有时人不在家特别的麻烦。及时的取不到影响快递员的工作。所以我觉得这因人而定。 我觉得把快递放一站还是挺方便的。这样下班回来去取还是很好的。如果快递员，如果给每个人送的话，他是很忙的。而且有时不及时也会影响他的工作。所以我觉得有些快递是可以放快递驿站。有的一些快递是可以打电话的。 放驿站要经过签收人允许，购买的大件物品在家一直等电话，告知要送到家，快寄员各类理由不愿意送，说规定是放驿站的，公司规定不能让消费者买单，所以我支持快寄不得擅自放驿站的规定！！！！ 我感觉挺方便的，有时候人不在家，没办法当时取快递的时候，这个时候，快递驿站就发挥了很大的作用，我家楼下就有快递驿站，取快递，寄快递都非常方便 这个规定非常好，我举双手赞成。平时快递放到驿站真的很不方便。本来购买物品都填写自己的真实地址，快递到本地后就应该投放到所填写的地址来的。但快递到后却未经本人同意直接就放到了驿站代收，这很不方便也不合理，因为我花了钱而且还留下了真实的地址，你们不给我送到家但最起码得给我投递到我住的小区才对啊。 我以为还好！
