如果上班离家近就在家吃吧！离得远就买着吃吧！现在一顿午饭最少也十来块吧。。想想那点工资。。真的有点力不从心啊{:14_515:} 看工作环境和工作时间怎么样了。有时候回家做，有时候自己带，有时候点外卖。钱数不等，几块钱到几十块钱不等。看吃什么了！ 之前都是自己带饭！干净卫生还省钱！现在的物价高，一顿饭就得几十块！在这收入和支出不成正比的社会，能省则省！最重要的是健康卫生！ 大数据时代真厉害，正在家里考虑中午吃什么？在哪吃？哈哈，几乎天天在家吃，偶尔在门口饭店吃饭，不是土豆粉，就是豆腐菜，要不面皮肉夹馍？大概就是十块到二十块钱吧！ 我们公司中午是12点到13点，一个小时吃饭，
有时是回家吃，但是这种机会比较小，因为中午没人给我做饭，点外卖的机会也不多，我都是去小饭店去吃饭的，10-20元不等
平时也就是中午在外面吃，早餐和晚饭都是在家里吃的。 我是上班族，午饭都是在食堂里吃，工作餐比较便宜，一般在十五元人民币左右。那么怎样吃有营养，我查了一下资料书，以供参考。
建议午饭尽量要多样化，营养素数量充足，种类齐全，有两种选择：1，如果选面食，尽量避免炒面，方便面。以清汤面加些蔬菜和肉食品为宜。并能吃些新鲜的水果。
2，如果可以自行选择午餐，主食用米饭，也可以选择添加杂粮，玉米，麦片，燕麦片，高梁米等为更好。荤菜以鱼类最好，鸡，鸭，鹅肉次之。尽量少吃猪肉，牛肉，羊肉等畜类。
俗话说得好，早餐要吃饱，中餐要吃好，晚餐要吃少，这种说法有道理。健康的午餐应以五谷为主，配合大量蔬菜，瓜类及水果，适量肉类，蛋类及鱼类食物，并减少油，盐及糖分，要讲究123比例。六分之一是肉，或鱼或蛋，六分之二是蔬菜，六分之三是米饭或面或粉，要注意三低一高，即低油，低盐，低糖及高纤维。 带饭吃，叫外卖一餐最少也得二十几块钱吧，我舍不得，中午自己带点垫一下，晚上回家再吃饭就行了，不想浪费，孩子们都等着花钱呢，就当偶尔减肥了。以前天天点外卖，吃来吃去就那几样，新陈代谢慢了不说，还要花不少冤枉钱。现在终于醒悟，中午自己带饭才是正经事！公司同事也跟风带饭，感觉我们这帮上班族终于开始重视健康了 中午一般是带饭吃，因为现在的外卖真的没办法说，卫生条件差。所以为了自己的健康着想，每天早上都是自己做好饭，中午带饭吃，大家尽量不要吃美团外卖或者出去吃，这样长期下去身体会吃垮的，一定要注意自己的身体健康 一般都是吃食堂、公司食堂还是比较干净。我们公司还可以食堂有人做饭吃，我觉得挺好的，而且比外卖这些真的好多了性价比还是挺高的。所以我觉得有这样的公司还是值得珍惜。尽量还是少吃外卖吧。 中午因为离家比较远，所以只能在单位吃饭。一般都是去食堂吃，或者从家里带点儿饭。吃的相对也比较简单。提前买的熟牛肉或是煎煮的鸡蛋、鸡肉，一块儿饼或者挂面、方便面，再配上点水煮蔬菜、水果或干果。多搭配上几样，保证营养丰富。 有时吃外卖，有时回家吃。因为公司离我家挺近的。如果家里有人做好饭了，那有空就回家吃。如果特别的忙了就吃外卖。我觉得吃外卖，长期上来身体，真的受不了。所以建议大家还是少吃外卖，把自己的身体照顾好。这样才会越来越健康。 自己带饭的，外卖不健康。
我觉得还是自己带饭节约时间，而且还省钱。自己做饭还健康点。点外卖你中午还要等时间，而且一顿外卖20来块钱，20块钱如果你买菜的话估计都够你吃一天的了，而不是一顿外卖解决他。我自己就是吃外卖容易闹肚子，所以几乎中午都带饭。 这个问题还用问吗！？要想瘦的快在外边上班吃饭。因为中午时间紧张不让或者离家远没时间做饭。就在外边凑合着吃点。二拾几年下来吃出敏感的胃。稍微不合胃就吐黄胆都能吐出来。然后睡一觉没事了。

疫情3年，大家的社交活动都相应的减少了。但是，回想之前，当你辛苦工作一星期，好不容易熬到周末，准备周末好好放松休息一下的时候。
同事提议晚上大家一起聚聚，吃个饭、唱个歌，解除一下工作疲惫。虽然不想去，但是又不好推辞，只能硬着头皮上。
于是带着疲惫的身体，吃饭，喝酒，唱歌，熬到半夜才能回家。周末计划的去郊游、看电影、去图书馆等等活动都被打乱。
这样的饭局耗时耗力，于自己没有一点好处。如果不懂得拒绝，经常参加这样的无效社交，只会让自己增加疲惫感。
其实，在现在忙碌的工作环境下，大家更愿意的是，下班回家自己动手做个简单可口的饭菜，然后悠闲的看看电视，或者看看书，拥有自己的小时光。 中午吃饭我一般是在家吃的。偶尔在外面吃一下。在家吃肯定便宜，而且也安全放心。如果在外面吃怎么也得10块往上20块钱甚至更多一点。但现在外面的饭还是不太放心。很少点外卖，偶尔也是顾不过来了，点个外卖。总之在家自己做的吃还是最放心。 中午午饭一般在单位食堂吃饭。
