最想给外地来的朋友推荐豆腐泡，这可是临渭区的特色，出了渭南可真没有。香喷喷的豆花，白生生的泡馍，腌制好的香椿，再加上红彤彤的辣子油，真正的高蛋白，低脂肪，有主食，有菜，有汤（豆浆或者老浆），营养丰富，物美价廉，老少皆宜，美味爽口。
