正在吃！都有6种吧。
1、荠菜，每年的二三月份都是挖荠菜的好时候，荠菜的叶子呈锯齿状，大多数的荠菜叶片呈淡紫色，不过也有的呈嫩绿色。我们只需要看它的叶根连接的地方，如果呈现出紫色那就一定是荠菜了。
挖荠菜的时候要是错过了时间，到了4月份清明节以后。大多数的荠菜都已经开花了。这时候的荠菜虽然不耽误吃，但是在口味上要比初春的荠菜差多了。所以趁着荠菜最鲜嫩的时候多挖一些，回家保存起来一整年都能吃上新鲜荠菜。
2、苦菜，相信苦丁茶有许多人都喝过吧，其实就是苦菜的根做的。不仅可以清肝明目，还可以清热去火。上了年纪的老人都喜欢拿苦菜直接蘸酱吃。苦菜不仅可以泡茶，还可以当做馅料包成包子。
3、毛妮菜，毛妮菜也叫田紫草，也有人人说长得有点像面条菜。通常生长在田间山坡或荒野草地处，是一种食药兼用的美味野菜。不仅可以用来蒸炒拌煮，适量的食用还有温中行气，消炎止痛的作用。
4、麦蒿，麦蒿也叫播娘蒿不仅营养丰富它的种子可以入药，具有很很高的药用价值。每年长到4～5月份的时候麦蒿就已经很高了，并且头顶会开出淡黄色的小花簇有点像油菜花，不过这时候的麦蒿就已经老了。麦蒿不仅可以凉拌还可以做汤等等。
5、土黄瓜草，土黄瓜草相信许多人都没有听说过，因为汁水有股黄瓜味而得名。土黄瓜草的叶片呈长圆形。每年早春的时候就早早的冒出来了。待到开出蓝紫色花的时候特别好看，在田间地头一眼就能认出。土黄瓜草鲜嫩的时候不仅能食用，成熟后整棵植株还可以当作药材。
6、白蒿，白蒿是一种药食同源的野菜，在农村的田间地头随处可见。有些人却把白蒿当作野草，其实白蒿就是大家口说所说的茵陈菜，不仅营养美味还有消炎杀菌的作用。白蒿的吃法有很多不仅可以炒着吃，还能蒸着吃蘸上料汁特别美味。
趁着天气正暖微风不燥，一起去挖野菜吧。野菜不仅味道鲜美比蔬菜营养丰富，如果还不懂吃那真是太可惜了。 时间过得真快，到处都是草长莺飞，鸟语花香的景象，这个温度最适合野菜的生长了，尤其是雨水过后，随着春雨逐渐增多，地里的野菜是一茬接着一茬，等待了一年的时间，终于又可以挖野菜了！太巧了，今天刚刚把白蒿和苜蓿捡好，先做个苜蓿鸡蛋素饺子，明天白蒿麦饭安排！好忙的！
如果正值春光明媚，气温适宜的天气，不妨带着自己的家人到郊区走走，散散步，锻炼身体的同时还可以挖野菜！
每年摘野菜的时候，我都会挎着这个菜篮子，山坡上有许多熟悉的野菜身影，有荠菜、马齿苋、蒲公英、面条菜、苦菜、车前草等，野菜无农药残留，自然生长，营养丰富，风味独特，天然无污染，挖野菜既锻炼了身体，又吃到了好东西。

往年就是苜蓿菜，拉拉菜，面面条，荠荠菜。
再就是香椿，槐花。不过白蒿没有吃，我也不认识
这里面我不太喜欢吃槐花，甜腻腻的。
我最喜欢吃香椿，苜蓿麦饭，荠荠菜麦饭
其实我也喜欢吃芹菜麦饭，馍花麦饭。

趁着天气正暖微风不燥，一起去挖野菜吧。野菜不仅味道鲜美比蔬菜营养丰富，如果还不懂吃那真是太可惜了。 已经吃过很多次野菜了，爱人经常叫我开车到附近的村子里去挖野菜，我负责开车，她负责挖野菜，回家择菜啦，洗菜了，凉拌了，或者焯水啦，或者包饺子啦，或者做成油泼面了……有很多种吃法，我不大认识，听她说的野菜名有：白蒿、刺荆、面面条、苜蓿、荠荠菜……很多很多，而且春天的野菜特别多，对啦，重要一点就是，我负责吃。哈哈! 寒冬已过，春意盎然，到了挖野菜的时节，提着小蓝，拿着小锄头，外出春游的同时，吃的野菜也有了，要挖到好吃的野菜，首先必须要认识它们，挖错了不得了，有些野草有毒不是你的菜，一定要区分好，我整理了几种野菜图文，仅供参考：
1、荠菜
荠菜可以说是最常见的，是被人们吃得最多的，同时也是人们公认的最好吃的一种野菜了。荠菜最经典、最好吃的吃法，就是剁碎了和肉末一起来包荠菜饺子或者包子。荠菜的种类其实不止一种，最常见的两种是板叶荠菜和散叶荠菜。挖荠菜最好的工具，是一把剪刀，沿着根基部一剪，一整颗就挖到了，又快又好。
2、香椿
香椿菜是香椿树在早春的时候长出来的嫩芽，同鸡蛋一起炒食，特别的美味可口。
3、蒲公英
蒲公英是属于菊科的野菜，它在全国均有分布，有上百个品种，有的地方是趴在地上长的，有的地方能够长到半米来高。也是一种中药材。
4、马齿苋
凉拌马齿苋是一道春夏季非常爽口的，味道比较独特的野菜，还可以蒸菜团子吃，也是一种中药材。
今天先介绍这4种，其它的明年初春再介绍。

开春后，气候回暖，柳树发芽，莺飞草长，大地处处萌发春的气息，满山遍野的野菜迫不及待探出头来，这个季节的野菜，味道鲜美，口感鲜嫩，还有着很多好处，外出踏青遇见了它们，别忘挖点回家，品尝一下春天的味道。

前几天才吃了白蒿麦饭，不知道老年人为什么这么热衷于挖野菜做麦饭的，我一点都不喜欢吃麦饭。香椿也属于野菜类？小时候家里就有香椿树，想吃了就可以直接摘 今年的野菜都吃过了。是前段时间在麦地里挑的。现在麦地里早已打药，也吃不成了。每年都是刚过完年，麦地里的 野菜就可以挑的吃的吃了。在农村，人们都是去地理挖，城里人都是买的吃。但是我还是喜欢挖，因为去挖，才能体会到小时候挖野菜的乐趣。野菜蒸菜疙瘩是真好吃… 昨天买些苜蓿蒸些麦饭，老妈又给拿了些香椿芽，和鸡蛋炒了夹馍吃，太香了，野菜还真没吃过。 野菜营养丰富，但是要小心谨慎。
有些野菜很像相，别乱吃。
最近吃过荠菜，花花菜，小蒜。
吃过，很香，很过瘾。 以前我自己种的面条菜自己吃，去年种的荠菜刚发芽，娃他奶奶给锄了，我想吃野菜，就在邻居家挖些野菜吃，还可以，就是邻居种的有些少，吃的有点不过瘾 各种野菜都已吃过了。婆婆在家没事。跟着她的姐妹们早早的就开始去找野菜了。我是只吃现成的。 每年这个季节都会在自家地里挖些野菜，主要是新鲜，没有打农药，别人家地里的不安全，有的打药了，小时候一个安全事故案例，及时挖野菜中毒，没有抢救过来，想着都后怕，香椿芽子现在是采摘季了，产量虽不是很高，够家里吃一段时间，有晒干吃的，有和鸡蛋炒的吃的，有凉拌吃的，算是美味的一道硬菜 这几天正是春光明媚，气温适宜的时节，我前几天去挖了些荠菜已包饺子吃过了，大家也可到郊外走走，带上篮子和镰刀，锻炼身体的同时还可挖到野菜，但一定要看清楚，别挖堆草闹笑话，更要特别提醒：有些草不是菜还有毒。
下面介绍几种野菜大家看看：
1、白蒿。是一种药食同源的野菜，“一月茵陈，二月蒿，三月四月当柴烧”，就说的是白蒿，是春天常见的一种野菜，正月里白蒿的个头小，可以入药，也就是大家所说的茵陈，等到二月，雨水增多，白蒿的个头长大，特别鲜嫩，白中透绿，带着白色的绒毛，叶子呈现尖尖的样子，做蒸菜特别美。
2、荠菜。常吃饺子肯定对荠菜不陌生，在超市总能买到荠菜馅的速冻饺子，但吃过自己挖的荠菜包的饺子，味道就好多了。
3、灰灰菜。又叫野灰菜，主要摘取它的幼苗或者嫩芽食用，由这其嫩叶的颜色是灰白而得名。
4、苜蓿。物质匮乏的年代会有人拿来做菜吃，现多用做牛羊马等饲料。
5、野葱、野蒜。这两种长得比较像，就放一起说，区别也和家葱和家蒜苗一样，葱叶是圆筒状的，而蒜叶是扁平狭长的，野葱和野蒜比家葱和家蒜味道更浓郁。
春分时节正是吃野菜的时节，其营养丰富口感性很好。我每年这个时节都要去挖点野菜改善一下口味，这不仅是是挖菜也是锻炼吸吸野外的新鲜空气，挺好的！像悠悠勺可以吃凉菜做水饺馅，茵陈可以蒸美饭。其实大自然中有很多我们能吃的东西，希望耀友们喜欢。 截止现在，还没吃过野菜。更没有挖过野菜。还想体验一下农村生活气息。自从待在城市，很少回老家，更很少亲近大自然。小时候经常挖，吃野菜，那时不珍惜，现在想起儿时的快乐，那是多么纯真年代。 我倒是想挖野菜吃野菜呢，可惜了一直没有假，出不去啊！我妈说现在地里几乎都打药了，荠荠菜不敢挖，后天才有个休假，还在寻思着去哪挖野菜呢，目前除了地里的荠荠菜，就只有去沟里挖白蒿，小蒜之类了，但凡跟庄稼沾边儿的，都千万别挖，几乎都打过农药了，各位友友也请注意一下。后天休假，天不下雨的话，安排上，沟里挖野菜走 菜市场也有卖的，人家说这是专门种植的，也没吃过，看着很鲜绿，估计也差不了多少，可能还会更好。省力省时下次就买点，就算吃吃菜吧！ 荠荠菜饺子是我的最爱，但是如今再也找不到小时候的味道了。日子越过越紧张啦！挖个野菜还得算时间，上个班钱么挣哈，还整得自己跟领导一样，忙的没时间，一个月四天假，每一个假都有“正经事”{:14_528:}我也是醉了，挖野菜吊到嘴上了，愣是看人家都吃，我依然在挤时间，唉！最爱吃野菜的人，现在还没吃上，实在是郁闷 还野菜！家菜都吃不完了！菠菜香菜苜蓿菜！吃美了！再过两天就是香椿！ 野菜很多。白蒿 上周刚吃过野菜，吃的白蒿，蒸的麦饭。春天的味道。 荠荠菜是包饺子的做好馅料{:14_538:}{:14_538:}{:14_538:} 荠菜，白蒿，吃过一次了。 吃的白蒿，菜市场买的
