如果你有事不能及时给他们帮忙，他们还会叽叽歪歪嫌弃你，呵斥你。坚决不能给他们长脸！！！ 在工作中遇到不讲理的人时，采用什么态度不能一概而论，要具体问题具体对待。如果是原则性的问题，那必须据理必争，如果是无关紧要的事，或者碰到那种文化程度不高，而且又不讲理，你就是给他讲理也讲不明白那种人就没必要计较了。否则就是白浪费口舌，白耗费精力，做无用功。 不是所有的争论都值得参与。有时候，选择不计较可能更有利于维护工作环境的和谐和个人的心理健康。但个人价值观和信念也会影响选择。如果你认为坚持原则和正义比避免冲突更重要，那么你可能会选择据理力争。
每个人处理的方式和态度都不同，有的人比较大度，不会去计较，有的人心里很不爽，但又不敢去计较，怕给自己惹来麻烦，就选择忍气吞声，委屈自己，还有的人会去计较，但会用一种比较理智的方式去维护自己的利益。
平常生活中不公平的事非常多，但谁也不想莫名其妙的就受到不公平的对待，大多数人在面对不公平的时候，为了不给自己添麻烦，能忍则忍。
人本来就是要大度的，可当你一忍再忍之后，当你的尊严和利益一再受到屈辱和威胁的时候，就不应该忍气吞声，而是用自己的智慧取胜。
有时候我们要看看自己愿不愿意忍受这样的不公平。
遇到不公平，无需纠缠，不要逃避，也不要委屈自己，以自己的智慧从多方面考虑，结合周围环境，用长远的眼光去解决问题。

首先就要看是什么问题？如果要是不牵扯原则问题。也没有必要跟那不讲理的人多说什么。但是如果要是牵涉到原则上的问题。就是他再不讲理也要据理必争的。如果要是原则问题你不据理必争的话造成的后果不但是光给个人还有给工作的集体造成的后果，那将无法原谅自己的。一定是因为在自己的工作中造成的损失或者是什么？所以如果是原则问题，必须据理必争。但也不需要跟他红脸什么的。必须要有理有据的跟他把这个事情说明白。我想人都是有理性的。让你把事情说清楚，说明白一般的人基本上不会再有什么争执不讲理。当然，也不排除很个别的极少数的人。 看什么情况，如果不是很重要的事就不理了呗，就像老人说的，如果你被狗咬了，难不成你还咬回去，但是原则性的问题那必须据理力争。 不讲理了还有啥说的。啥人有啥人收拾！箬不起躲得起。我车间主任对我说过看客下面，同样的迟罚我钱不扣别人。对人不对事。若干年后他离退前。现任主任让年轻人帮哪个主任办桌椅，年轻人找各种理由不愿意去干。说明了啥？！ 工作中的理是什么？谁说了算。搞清楚这，再回答角度不同看法就不同，秀才遇到兵有理也说不清的时候，情何以堪。！？据理力争是人之常情。我争取了。对方是啥态度哪是对方的事。动物生存法则是弱肉强食！适者生存！ 在工作中，遇到不讲理的人，一般我会选择不计较，如果还不讲理，我还不吭声，如果在得寸进尺，那就得好好教育他一下，让他知道，我不和你计较那是客气，那是不愿意跟你一样，如果还不知所谓，那么一定要反驳，一定要让对方知道，谁也不是那么好欺负的。

与其与这样的人浪费精力和时间，还不如坐下来品品茶，与人谝闲传来得清闲。

我不想为了一点不值得上心的事儿，把我自己气出个好歹来 可能上了我这个年龄的 我觉得身体最重要 未来还有好多美好的事情等着我 主要看是不是原则问题，别的不重要的事情不必要计较，每个人认知观念不同，认识水平有高低，没必要在一些无关紧要的事情上耗费精力，但是如果牵扯到原则问题，必定寸步不让，据理必争，每个人都有心里的底线，触碰到底线问题决不让步。否则，你在以后的工作和生活中会变成一个毫原则的人，至少你的同事们会这样看你。 在工作中遇到不讲理的人时，主要看什么问题如果是原则性的问题，那必须据理必争，如果是无关紧要的事，而且又不讲理，就没必要计较了。 工作中遇到不讲理的人，会选择不计较。创造和谐相处的工作环境，没有什么大的分歧，尽量不理睬，息事宁人，没有必要较真。生活适当妥协一点也好。 工作中坚决不能做好人，否则他们会把自己的工作推给你，还会因为你经常给他们帮忙认为是你应该的！有很多这样的贱人！！！ 肯定不计较，人就活70年，没有必要啥都计较，过的去就行，能在一起工作，都是缘分，高兴就好，没有必要跟别人争个你高我低，没有必要计较 在工作中遇到不讲理的人时，处理方式取决于多种因素，包括个人情绪、工作环境、事件的性质等。我有可能用以下的处理方式：
1、避免直接冲突：面对不讲理的人，不必与之纠缠或直接冲突。因为与这样的人讲道理往往无效，甚至可能导致情绪失控，影响自己的情绪和工作效率。
2、忍让与据理力争：如果事件不涉及个人切身利益，可以选择忍让。但如果是集体或个人权益受到损害，可以据理力争。年轻人有原则，可以尝试通过申请相关管理部门的帮助或法律途径来解决问题。
3、表达态度：对于蛮不讲理的人，可以表达自己的态度，但不必过多解释，因为对方可能听不进去。
4、保护自己：如果对方比自己强壮，建议撤退，避免不必要的身体冲突。
寻求帮助：如果情况复杂或自己无法处理，可以寻求同事或上级的帮助。
总之，处理不讲理的人时，应保持冷静，合理选择处理方式，以保护自己的权益和情绪。 对这个问题，我是这么认为的：如果你可以接受，就不去计较，如果你不能接受，也不要忍气吞声。
在遇到不公平的时候，如果你的脾气非常好，很大度，能够接受，而且是心甘情愿的，心里不会产生负面情绪的，那就不用去计较。
但如果你不能接受，忍了之后心里会很不爽，就不要委屈自己，跟自己生闷气，如果你的情绪无法宣泄，所有的负面情绪越积越多，只会不断地消耗自己，伤心又伤身。
在不能忍的时候，就不要强迫自己忍受，不要给自己找罪受，其实很多所谓的老好人都是为了避免麻烦、避免冲突而委屈自己的，这样的人未必是开心的。
我们需要提倡大度，但真正的大度是心甘情愿的接受，是内心比较豁达，看得开，有很强的承受能力，但很多普通人没有那么强大的心理素质，在遇到不公平的时候，难免有不好的情绪，这个时候就不应该委屈自己，如果做不到大度，就不要强迫自己大度。
强迫自己大度的结果都是宽容了别人，却伤害了自己。
太多太多的不愉快，都积攒在心里，没有释放出来的负面情绪，会转化成另外一种能量，伤害自己，或者伤害自己的身边人。
所以在遇到不公平的时候，如果自己不能接受就不要接受，要想办法化解自己的负面情绪。 那要看事情的大小呢。对我来说，工作中我自己能多干一点就多干，你如果在无理取闹，那么我必争回来。在我的心里，毕竟大家都不容易，能不计较就不计较。 不理会 假如是我的，那我就会争过来！不是我的就不计较！ 看透一切，懒得怼，爱谁谁，高兴了怼两句，不高兴了，理都不理 看下事情大小了 看什么事情了，工作中意见不统一可以协商讲道理，不计较是不对的。
